Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen

My stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya was a rollercoaster of emotions. The beautiful beauty and modern decor captivated me, but a shocking theft during my visit completely changed the experience. There were highlights, like friendly staff and decent facilities, but overall, my trip became a distressing ordeal due to the lack of management support after the incident.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya. The renovations certainly brought a modern look to the hotel, especially in the rooms, but some of the changes were not improvements. While the staff was fantastic and provided excellent service, the dining options were lacking in variety and quality, and I was disappointed with the ambiance compared to past visits.

My stay at the Riu Palace Riviera Maya was a blend of highs and lows. The lush surroundings and attentive staff, especially at the pool, made for a relaxing atmosphere. However, the room layout and quality of the food left much to be desired.

I had another enjoyable stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya, but there were a few ups and downs during my visit. The staff, as always, were the highlight, showering us with warmth and excellent service. However, I did experience some inconveniences during my stay, particularly with noise and certain maintenance issues in the room.

I had an excellent vacation at Riu Palace Riviera Maya, where the atmosphere felt exclusive being in the Playacar area. The resort was freshly renovated, and despite being fully booked, the service was excellent. The food options were diverse, making dining at the hotel a pleasure, especially during the special New Year's celebrations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return.
