My stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya was a rollercoaster of emotions. The beautiful beauty and modern decor captivated me, but a shocking theft during my visit completely changed the experience. There were highlights, like friendly staff and decent facilities, but overall, my trip became a distressing ordeal due to the lack of management support after the incident.

The resort was freshly renovated, and despite being fully booked, the service was excellent.
